In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the c200m website accessible at https://c200m.lat, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated software applications.
• "c200m", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to c200m and its authorised operators, affiliates, and agents responsible for operating the Platform.
• "Member", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who has registered, or is in the process of registering, a c200m account.
• "Account" means the personal member account created by a Member on the Platform, used to access all services including betting, gaming, deposits, and withdrawals.
• "Services" means the full suite of products offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fish shooting, keno, and any other gaming products offered from time to time.
• "Wallet" or "Account Balance" means the Rupiah (IDR) balance held in a Member's c200m account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, reload bonuses, or cashback amounts credited to a Member's account under a c200m promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Member from their own bank account, e-wallet, or other payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification procedures c200m is required to conduct on Member accounts.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Standard Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all c200m operational references unless otherwise stated.

Access to and use of the c200m Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. c200m strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction across all Services. Individuals under 21 are expressly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal entities may not register as Members.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion register or have been previously banned from the c200m Platform for a violation of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who lack legal capacity under applicable law are ineligible to use the Platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party when registering an account or placing bets.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out above. You further agree to notify c200m immediately if your eligibility status changes at any time.

To access the Services, you must register a c200m account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

1. One Account Per Member. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one active c200m account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If c200m identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — determined by matching identity documents, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or any combination thereof — all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
2. Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. c200m will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify c200m immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Identity Verification (KYC). c200m reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account's lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a periodic compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by c200m may be suspended.
5. Account Closure. You may request closure of your c200m account at any time by contacting support. Any Real Money Funds balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

All financial transactions on the c200m Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods. c200m currently supports deposits and withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice; the current list is displayed on the Platform at all times.
• Deposit Processing. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer are typically confirmed within 5 minutes during standard WIB banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are generally processed instantly, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. c200m is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
• Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed in the Member's account dashboard. c200m reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by c200m's finance team within the timeframes published on the Platform. c200m targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if the Member's account has not completed KYC, if the withdrawal triggers an internal compliance review, or if there are technical issues with the relevant payment provider.
• Matching Payment Methods. c200m applies a payment-source matching policy: withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers.
• Transaction Fees. c200m does not charge Members fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which c200m accepts no liability.

c200m offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are stated in the promotion details page.
2. One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Member is eligible to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion more than once — including through the use of duplicate accounts — is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
3. Real Money Funds First. When a Member's wallet contains both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds will be used first for all wagers, unless the game or promotion specifies otherwise.
4. Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically without notice. Expired Bonus Funds are permanently forfeited.
5. Promotion Abuse. c200m reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if c200m determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in abusive or irregular betting patterns — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or the systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — in connection with a bonus.
6. Amendment or Withdrawal of Promotions. c200m reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a Member in good faith, c200m will honour the promotion terms in effect at the time of the claim to the extent reasonably practicable.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activity on the c200m Platform. Product-specific rules (including rules for mix parlay accumulators, voor bola Asian Handicap markets, live casino, slot games, fish shooting, and keno) are set out in the relevant product help pages accessible from the Member dashboard.

• Bet Acceptance. A bet is accepted only when the Platform issues a confirmed bet receipt with a unique transaction reference. Bets not confirmed by a receipt — for example, due to a connection failure before confirmation — are not valid and will not be honoured.
• Odds Changes. In-play (live) odds are updated in real time and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. c200m is not responsible for odds fluctuations between a Member initiating and completing a bet placement.
• Void Bets. c200m reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at obviously erroneous odds caused by a pricing error on the part of c200m or a data feed provider. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the Member's wallet.
• Match Abandonment. Rules governing abandoned, postponed, or suspended sporting events are set out in the product-specific betting rules. Generally, if a match is abandoned before the minimum play time required for settlement has been reached, all bets on that match will be voided.
• Maximum Winnings. c200m applies per-event and per-day maximum winnings limits, which vary by sport, market type, and account tier. Current limits are accessible from the Member dashboard. c200m reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any Member at its sole discretion.

c200m is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Members with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity safely. The following tools are available to all Members directly from their account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits. Members may configure automatic session-time alerts and session cut-offs to help manage the time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods. Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account is locked for all gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion. Members who believe they may have a problem with gambling may request permanent self-exclusion from the c200m Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. During self-exclusion, the account is permanently suspended and promotional communications are ceased.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c200m Platform. Any Member found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one c200m account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal member use.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profit — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse", "matched betting", or "arbitrage betting" in a manner that exploits promotional terms rather than genuine recreational play.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your c200m account or account credentials to any third party.
• Using the Platform on behalf of, or in collusion with, any third party for the purpose of influencing game or match outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members, including chip-dumping in poker or casino games.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing c200m staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the c200m Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, odds data, written content, and multimedia — is the exclusive intellectual property of c200m or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Members to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written consent from c200m.
• Use any c200m trademark, logo, or brand asset in any commercial or promotional context.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or content from the Platform.

Any use of Platform content beyond the scope of the licence granted here requires the express prior written authorisation of c200m.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c200m hereby excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of the Services.
• Any loss or damage arising from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or errors in third-party data feeds that affect odds, game results, or transaction processing.
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delayed or failed transactions.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, c200m's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your c200m account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

c200m collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing practices include:

• Personal data provided during registration and KYC is used exclusively to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• c200m uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform servers.
• Player funds are held in accounts segregated from c200m's operational funds to ensure that Member balances are protected.
• c200m does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

c200m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, c200m will notify Members via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where applicable, by email to the address registered on the Member's account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever changes are made.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account. Any bets or transactions that have already been confirmed prior to the effective date of an amendment will be honoured under the Terms in force at the time of confirmation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and regulations governing online gaming operations. c200m operates as an internationally licensed platform providing services to eligible Members.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through c200m's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

c200m's internal dispute resolution process requires that you submit a formal complaint to [email protected] in the first instance. c200m will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (WIB business hours) and aim to resolve the dispute within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may escalate to arbitration as described above.
